    Staying here for one night was fantastic, totally recommendable. The rooms were good sized and well-designed, reasonably priced, with fantastic decor. The hotel provided us with central heating, a personal safe and multi-channel television🙂😃

    Property was incredibly beautiful, we liked this place.

    The services were GOOD, including very very good breakfasts and public parking if needed. The hotel's location was marvellous and fab, close to several transport hubs, restaurant and Southbank.

    This hotel was nicely decorated and quaint. We had the standard king room which was modern and huge with comfy bed. We loved a personal safe, central heating and an ironing set. This property was set in a very central area right by places to eat.

    The staff were fantastic! They were always there to assist. The superior double room was very comfortable with great amenities. The location was ideal, just moments away from transport options, made exploring easy. I really appreciated the complimentary morning newspapers and soft drinks, a lovely touch!

    Vimtry & mercer was just amazin! The suite we stayed in was fantastic and so clean. Like, the staff were super nice and always ready to help. The location is perfect, near a lot of cool places n restaurants. Loved the rooftop terrace too, such a nice vibe!

    The room service menu could use a rethink. It's fussy and lacks simple favorites like burgers or club sandwiches. I noticed a strange smell permeating the hallway, which detracted from the experience. Dining prices were steep too. A simple meal for three came to over £200, and the chicken I had was disappointingly dry. My final thoughts were bit dampened by the hurried check-out.

    I had a lovely time here, especially enjoying the super comfy bed and the fantastic bathroom design. There are great spots for relaxing, like the cozy lounge area and a neat little spa zone.     The rooftop views were fine, with a gorgeous panorama of the London skyline, complete with glimpses of the iconic Shard.
